- Led all due diligence activities and preparation of report to the Creditors Committee and their advisors that assessed the viability of a stand-alone plan of reorganization (operational and financial separation) of Mirant’s largest and most profitable group of subsidiaries. The report was used in negotiations that resulted in full recovery for the creditors (approximately $3.0 billion).
